Closet systems have shared vertical partitions and typically no backs so you can see the wall (and any wall damage from removal of the current shelves). Legacy Wardrobes are full on custom cabinets - separate boxes with back set inside a groove. We’ve installed LOTS of closets of the past few weeks!

Just because you have an existing closet system doesn’t mean it can’t be better! This dressing room is a pass through to the primary bathroom. We tore out the existing closet system and some walls and installed some Legacy Wardrobes into the space instead. We redid the smaller wall in closet area as well but kept that an open closet system due to the smaller space. What do you think? Check out the video to see a walk through of the entire area!

We removed the existing big box store wardrobe which was overwhelming the room and just didn’t feel right. This new Legacy Wardrobe fits the space much better and feels much better in the room! We are not always the right choice and big box store solutions definitely can work and have their place but a Legacy Wardrobe was definitely the right choice here!
